This poor rating is for the security and the management team at present. They possess a lethargic approach overall. Despite suggesting for several times, the security is positioned at the main entrance which is already a bottleneck. There are chances of incidents occuring due to this. However, all the requests have been turned deaf ear. the funny thing is they are also making awareness and following safety mission. Developer needs to take this point.

It's a corporated building. My office Mindtree is there. So i am very familiar to the building. Every floor is cleaned everyday by the workers... Securities are supportive.
