TERRIBLE SERVICE, WITH PRICES WELL ABOVE MARKET RATE. —They are trying to charge 1.5× the market rate for ZERO service. Their sales support and staff in general is the most unreliable I’ve ever dealt with, and the Wi‑Fi never works.Total rip‑off—think twice before you sign.

The worst service that I have ever seen! I rented out an office space at their place for 2 months and I was fed up. The electrical sockets in my office were not working and I had to keep switching cabins because of it (This happened for 45 days!). STAY AWAY FROM THE GUY CALLED AKHIL!!!! When closing the deal for renting the office, he will be the sweetest guy there is, and then after that he will not pick any of your calls, nor reply to messages and just out right ghost you and let me tell you - he is 1 hell of a liar. I only used the office for 2 months and out of those 60 days, I only went to the office for 20 days because of my work I keep travelling. I never broke anything in the office and barely even scratched the walls there, but when I left they charged me an extra Rs 8000 FOR RENOVATION CHARGES and said that since you used our office - these are wear and tear charges! THE WORST OFFICE SPACE I HAVE EVER SEEN!

I visited HQ Timber Market, Sector 26 Chandigarh. Sardar ji at the reception did not even bother to smile or greet. Nobody even offered a glass of water.
