Beautifully designed and developed office campus and situated at a very prime location near Graphite India. The campus has lush green central podium and sports amenities. Very nicely maintained. The campus also has a huge pipal tree and a temple.

The campus has fewer companies and offers a clean, pleasant environment, but the only food court on the ground floor appears inadequate for the employee strength.

Sattva knowledge court is located near kundnahalli Bus stop. Opposite to prestige technostar building. It has south and north block with 6 floors each the South block with Harman office and North block is filled with other offices. Sattva builders have built with a great interiors along with good parking space they have alloted 8 floors which is also spacious. Along with it has a Greenery surrounding and also has a seating facility in between and has a good security system. Overall a good office space.

This premises gave places to many companies like Harman international, Zeta etc .. 1. The left wing is for Harman and Zeta (5th floor). 2. Three basement parking available. 3. One entry and two exit gates. 4. A common gym , basketball court, and cricket nets are also available.
