From the moment I arrived, everything was simply perfect. The check-in was super fast, and my suite was incredibly spacious. The runway view was a real highlight. I loved watching the aircraft take off and land, and the rainy weather made the entire experience even more relaxing and memorable. A special thank you to Mr. Rajiv Kapoor, General Manager, whose warm welcome and kind words truly made me feel valued. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Ms. Guneet Virk, who personally handled my booking and ensured every detail was taken care of, making this stay truly special. The hotel is exceptionally well maintained, the food was amazing, and the overall hospitality exceeded my expectations. This trip was exactly what I needed, and this hotel has now become my go-to quick getaway. Keep up the wonderful work, Rajiv and Guneet. I look forward to coming back very soon.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Mumbai and I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every member of staff was warm, attentive and eager to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning facilities, excellent dining options and a real sense of luxury. A special mention must go to the housekeeping team, who were absolutely outstanding. The rooms were maintained to the highest standard every day, always spotless and beautifully presented. What really stood out were the thoughtful personal touches and small gestures that made our stay so memorable. The team were incredibly kind to our children, surprising them with lovely little gifts and making them feel genuinely special. It was these unexpected acts of kindness that turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. The attention to detail, professionalism and genuine care shown by the staff was second to none. It is rare to find a hotel where every team member consistently goes above and beyond, but Fairmont Mumbai achieves exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for looking after our family so well. We will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend Fairmont Mumbai to anyone visiting the city.

A Beautiful Property, but Service Could Be More Attentive We stayed at Fairmont last weekend to celebrate my birthday, and while the overall experience had some wonderful highlights, there were a few aspects of the service that fell short of the expectations one would have from a luxury property. Our scheduled check-in time was 3:00 PM, and although we arrived around 4:00 PM, we still had to wait approximately 25–30 minutes before our room was ready. Unfortunately, on entering the room, we also found used beer cans in the washroom bin, which was disappointing and suggested that the room had not been thoroughly inspected before our arrival. We had booked a Signature Room, where the minibar was complimentary. However, the minibar had not been replenished, and we had to specifically request the staff to arrange the refills. As this was a birthday celebration, We received a call regarding the cake only at around 11:45 PM, by which time our 6-year-old daughter had already fallen asleep. We requested that the cake be delivered the following morning, but unfortunately, this could not be accommodated before our checkout. That said, there were several aspects we genuinely appreciated. The staff were courteous and humble, the airport view from the hotel was absolutely amazing, and our daughter especially loved watching the aircraft from the room. The restaurants were also impressive, offering a wonderful variety of delicacies and a great dining experience. On the positive side, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed her time at the TINY ROOM. The staff there were exceptionally warm, generous, and friendly with children, which made the experience even more enjoyable for her. Overall, Fairmont is a beautiful property with excellent views, dining options, and warm staff. However, during our stay, the hotel felt considerably overcrowded, and it seemed that the high occupancy had an impact on the efficiency and attentiveness of the service. With better coordination and attention to detail, particularly during special occasions, the overall guest experience could be significantly elevated.

I intentionally booked my stay at fairmont as I was travelling with my partner to Mauritius. I was very excited for the stay as I had purchased the All Accor explorer membership, and wanted to see if the perks actually works. And I can tell you they do work! The staff were amazing, we were truly pampered. We got a cute welcome gift and the staff painted a welcome note for us ( beautiful touch to the experience) I requested for an airport view, and it was granted. The view was spectacular and it only gets better the more you keep looking out. We used the complementary laundry, the complementary soft drinks, snacks, coffee & tea. As well as the airport transport to T2. I got the value back in just one stay, all I can say is thank you Fairmont for a memorable Stay. See you again soon!
