Commercial towers with a prime highway location and good connectivity. Clean, well-maintained premises with offices, cafés, and parking available. Gets busy during peak hours, but overall a convenient and professional business hub in Pimpri.

Very disappointing experience with the security at Kohinoor One. All my visitor details, full name, mobile number, office name and office number were properly shared at the gate. Despite this, the security guard refused to allow me in and repeatedly insisted that I call the person I was visiting. During this time, many other vehicles and visitors were allowed to enter without any checking. When I questioned this, I was told they were employees, but there was no visible identification on their vehicles and no clear explanation for the selective treatment. I completely understand and respect the need for security, but the rules should be applied uniformly to everyone. Singling out one visitor despite completing the entire process is unprofessional and uncomfortable. Kindly ensure better training for the security staff so that visitors are treated in a consistent and respectful manner.

There’s no parking facility, the elevator planning is poor, you have to wait more than 15 minutes just to get one, and there’s no ventilation inside the elevators which is hazardous.

Third class buildings- i can rate it much lower if any such class exists. Majorly there's elevator issues. In rainy season there's water seepage issues. All the year you will stinking issues especially at the main lobby area. Don't encourage this kind of builders
