We were sitting at the reception when the "guard came" and told us to turn off the AC because the "owner" was coming. Why was it installed if it's not to be used? The AC was running alone, and when we sat down, the guard turned off the AC and unplugged it. Why? Is the AC not allowed at the reception? What sense does it make for the AC to be on when no one is there, but turned off when we are there? There are so many flies and mosquitoes; without the AC, who will sit here? It's just for show that they have an AC, pretending they have one...

Although the facilities at Continental Tower are unsatisfactory. Today, when I entered the reception area of your building, I was disappointed by the disrespectful behavior of the receptionist towards both the staff and outsiders. Professionalism and courtesy must be maintained at all times. Management should resolve this issue immediately for a better experience.

Building is good but if I talk about washroom they were always dirty. Sweeper clean the washroom once in a month
