Very disappointing experience overall, and definitely not what one expects from a professional office rental space. The most serious issue is the power backup, which is extremely unreliable. Power cuts are frequent, and during important working hours the backup either fails to start or shuts down midway, causing constant disruption to business operations, meetings, and system work. This alone makes it difficult to function smoothly. Another major concern is the washrooms, which are in very poor condition. There is a persistent foul smell throughout the day, indicating a complete lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. At times, the odor spreads into common areas, making it uncomfortable for employees as well as visiting clients. Hygiene standards are clearly neglected. The lifts are equally problematic. They are dirty, poorly maintained, and often feel unsafe. Buttons are stained, mirrors are unclean, and the overall condition reflects negligence. For a commercial building, this creates a very bad first impression. Despite repeated complaints to the management, issues remain unresolved or are addressed temporarily. Considering the rent being charged, basic facilities like cleanliness, power reliability, and maintenance should be non-negotiable. Unfortunately, this place fails on all these fronts. I would strongly advise businesses to reconsider before choosing this office space.

i will rate zero out of five. because no electricity backup, worst parking in basement, smelling and damp walls in parking, zero maitenance of washrooms, smelling a lot. every thing is in construction from past 6 years, zero outcome of investment. i will never suggest to anyone. light blinking. no proper management. Lift number 10 is mostly not cleaned properly.

Too much traffic, chae churi is nice but didn't like the place as much, Overall ok ok experience is there.

Emerging as a business centre. Although late possession is an issue, maintenance is improving here. It's coming up as an office hub for startups.

People had lot of higher expectations When CCC was being built. I think they have made high-rise building and lots of showrooms there but if you go to their parking area, especially in the basement, you will feel like nothing has been done in terms of cleanliness, also, there are number of showrooms, especially Sohos Which are in a very bad situation. I don’t think they have built great quality material building there.
