Been here once and didn't like the location of this place but when you enter it's a different feeling. There are many companies inside this tech park and is located near Whitefield. Cafeteria space can be utilized and made more beautiful with good food service. Would recommend more brighter lights in the reception area. Security personnel were professional and helpful to guide us initially. The clients at Brigade Irv are Mainly Regus, Hisign Technologies, Via Software, Tekwissen Software Private Limited, Uniservice Facility Management and others. Overall, a well maintained tech park with many other new companies about to start their operation. It has ICICI bank at the entrance.

Very good and big building in the nellurahalli area of Bangalore. From vyedehi main road it is 15 minutes walk, from there bus is available.

One thing consistent about this place is continuous power loss. There's 4 lifts in lobby. At peak hours there will be only 2 working. And when all of them works, 3 of them won't have lights. Feels like living in a ghost movie when you go to the basement.

Building is good, fire safety instructions were conducted recently was good. But unsatisfied with toilet cleanliness, sensors are not working where men pee in 1st floor, and whoever has peed previously it stays over there, and few leaks, and no proper dustbin outside, only dustbin kept inside commode area
