Brigade is one of the two main buildings located in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) area of GIFT City. However, one of the challenges faced by people working in or visiting this building is the limited parking space. Due to the high number of vehicles and continuous inflow of visitors, many people often end up parking along the roadside, which can sometimes be inconvenient. As GIFT City continues to expand and attract more businesses, improving parking and transportation facilities will be an essential step. Brigade is one of the 2 main building in SEZ area of GIFT City where all the international transactions tales place. There are many Indian and foreign banks in this building in addition to a few stock broking firms. Parking is limited and most of the people would end up parking on road. There is cafe called Wall Street cafe in the ground floor of this building. The building is nicely made, spacious and give a proper feeling of a corporate area.

Infrastructure is awesome. It was neat and clean when I visited. Sofas are available for sitting, if you're waiting for someone. Cafeteria is also available on the ground floor. Food is also good of the Cafeteria.

One of the prime finance tech buildings within the gift city. There are multiple offices of major banks like ICICI, Barclays, standard chartered etc.

Its a good corporate building and has multiple IFSC businesses namely ICICI, HDFC, Standard Chartered, Barclays, Unison, Punjab National Bank, GJ Tech, Duteche Bank, KPMG and most importantly the Headquarters of NSE and IIBX.
