My experience with Bhutani Infrastructure (Cyber Park) has been extremely disappointing. Despite repeated follow-ups and multiple emails to various levels of their management, I never received a proper response. The lack of communication and accountability from their team has been incredibly frustrating. They also work with brokers such as Asad Zia Khan, and in my personal experience, the information provided about rentals felt misleading and far from what was actually promised. On top of that, they were unwilling to return my token amount, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. Based on what I went through, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. In my opinion, it’s better to avoid dealing with such marketing representatives and the Bhutani group altogether.

There is a lot of construction going on, the lifts dont feel safe and security at the gate us very rude. I have an office in this building, but they dont allow vehicle inside.

Bhutani builder and their team have consistently failed to pay the agreed rentals for the past four months. Despite repeated follow-ups, they continue to make false promises and delays. They have also engaged brokers such as Asad Khan, and many such brokers who misrepresented rental details and made misleading commitments. Based on this experience, I strongly advise stay away from Bhutani .

Don't buy or on rent office space here because here not enough parking, security gard behaviour is very poor and lifts are not working even though complaint every day
