Been there a few months ago to check for an office space. There are two gates, the first one, you will definitely miss as there is no signage. The second gate is right in from on the main AWFIS brand but then you will be stuck as that entry is for residents for an apartment and then you are required to take a 2 km detour to go back to the first entrance which is 100 meters behind. Often time, cops are parked there. There is space within the building to access the parking meant for AWFIs but if you get in there from the residents entry point, they won't let you use the internal road either. So, we walked out of the deal considering that our guests will have to go through this kind of experience everyday.

Note that the Jio wireless signal is not there. This means if you have a Jio phone, many important business calls from banks, vendors etc who calls on 4G, will not get connected.

There is no parking availability for day pass office users. Wifi and cabin availability is also unreliable.
