Awfis RE11 Iscon-Ambli

If you are reading about the parking issue and think Gift city would be the best choice, don't waste time there. Parking at Gift one tower is also far away from the building while i love to walk but then rains would make your day worse. The parking lot is actually a piece of land with no solid flooring just a construction site. Now talking about the awfis premises, there day pass is useless. Only if you are near to the place and wish to meet someone over a coffee, intending to pay for Starbucks etc. you should book the day pass here. I know this is deep. You book this place for INR 412 x2 for two people, you get almost 6-8 hours. This is more than something you can get from a coffee shop. The internet is fast too. Other than that if you wish to work from a desk hey they don't have a desk for day passes. You will have to accommodate in the reception area with no proper desk, no charging point. To my surprise, i was wondering if that was a workspace? Asked for the refund to the manager and she never got back. Though the lady handling the place was polite and was ready to offer some other desk but then hey another surprise? If you are a resident of Ahmedabad, and the use case i mentioned is your need book this please. Other than that you will easily get furnished office spaces in that prices. This is an honest review.

The parking situation at Awfis is extremely disappointing. Despite hosting over 100 employees and professionals, there is proper parking space for only around 30 two-wheelers. The rest are haphazardly parked wherever space is available, often by the occupants themselves. There's little regard for others’ vehicles, which increases the risk of damage. Retrieving your two-wheeler can be a frustrating experience, as you often need to drag or move other tightly-packed vehicles just to get yours out. It feels more like a two-wheeler scrapyard than a professional co-working space. This issue definitely needs immediate attention and better organization.

Its been 2.5yrs i have taken a seat in Awfis RE 11. It has a great ambience, lovely staff and easy accessibility for all.
