Do not ever book here for a day pass they have a very minimal support and space for the day pass. The day pass desk is near the coffee machine and that too very few places. This also shared with the front desk staff. Also please note that they do not offer refund so don’t waste your time or money trying to book a day pass here.

🚫 Absolutely the worst experience ever at this workspace. The place is completely unprofessional and poorly managed. Parking is a nightmare—there is no proper facility, and you’re forced to leave your vehicle on the road. Even when parking is available, the mechanism breaks down every other day, leaving you waiting for hours to get it fixed. There is no canteen or food facility at all, not even a basic option for employees, which is extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the lift has been out of service for 4–5 days straight after just a light rain. Imagine employees having to climb 5–6 floors daily—this is unacceptable. On top of that, there are no lights in the staircase area; one of my colleagues even fell due to complete darkness. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, with zero ethics and no sense of how to talk to employees. They lack basic manners and customer service skills, which makes the overall experience even worse.

Terrible experience. No parking at all—you’re forced to leave your vehicle on the road. No canteen, nowhere to grab even a basic meal. To top it off, the lift broke down after a light rain and stayed under maintenance for 4 days. Completely unprofessional and poorly maintained setup. The parking machanism gets issues every other day and have to wait for hours to get it fixed. Never ever rent workspace here if you really want your company to grow and your employees to be happy. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you are building an office space meant to accommodate 500 employees, how on earth do you provide barely 50 parking slots? Who thought this was remotely reasonable? It shows a shocking lack of planning, foresight, and basic understanding of employee needs. To make matters worse, for the past two weeks, whatever construction or maintenance activity you are carrying out in that already-tiny parking area has forced us to leave our vehicles out on the road, without any safety or supervision. This is not just inconvenient - it is irresponsible. If a vehicle gets damaged, stolen, or involved in an accident, who takes responsibility? Certainly not the employees who are being forced into this situation because of your mismanagement. Your service, planning, and operational execution have been far below acceptable standards, and this entire experience reflects poorly on a workspace that claims to provide “premium” facilities. At the moment, nothing about this feels premium - only careless and poorly managed. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved immediately, not brushed aside like every other issue raised so far.

Unprofessional management with absolutely no sense of responsibility. The staff is extremely rude, lacking basic ethics and manners in the way they speak to employees. Maintenance is almost non-existent—parking systems fail frequently, the lift remains out of service for days, and the staircases are left dark and unsafe, risking accidents. On top of that, there’s not even a basic canteen facility available. Overall, this place is highly unprofessional and unsafe for any serious business

Disappointing experience at this office space. Parking is extremely limited, making it difficult to find a spot. There's no canteen on-site, which is inconvenient. Additionally, the lift has been out of service for four days, forcing me to climb six flights of stairs daily. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
