Extremely unprofessional parking policy – NOT suitable for growing companies Awfis Laxmi Cyber City, Kondapur claims to be a “premium coworking space” but their policies are extremely disappointing. A company with minimum 30 employees is being allotted ONLY 1 bike and 1 car parking. This is absolutely unacceptable. For every additional vehicle, they shamelessly charge extra money. What is the point of paying high office rent if basic necessities like parking are treated like a privilege? Employees are constantly harassed over parking issues. This place clearly does not support mid-size or large companies. Management is rigid, money-oriented and shows zero concern for tenant convenience. If you are planning to set up a serious office here, think twice. Infrastructure might look good, but policies are horrible and frustrating.

Probably a cafe would be much better to sit and work instead of this co-working space for someone who wants to visit with a day-pass and looking to work for few hours in a comfortable place. The sofa benches are worn out, ergonomically worst seating to work for few hours, closer to reception hence always noisy and definitely not as lively as wework !!

Do not book Day Pass here, they’ll just seat you in lobby where there’s not even proper air conditioning and tell they can’t do anything, book any other location if you are looking for a day pass

Coworking building. Good amenities, courteous office assistant staffs, right at the junction area of the high tech city. Visited during business trip.
