Awfis Lodha i-Think

A very well managed and massive office of AWFIS Polite and very helpfull staff... Wide menu to choose from and above all the CM Mr. Kaivalya is seen to manage things extremely well and very helpful...

Had a day pass, such a bad experience, there is no dedicated place for day pass , need to sit in common area where they switch off and on the AC rarely... Had to ask them to turn it on after which they also turned it off in an hour... The common area is noisy so you can't take calls there... Plus it's filled with cockroach 🪳 video attached,they won't even allow to relocate. The staff was not visible anywhere, the center manager Omkar sits in a 4 seater office himself, he literally ignored me ... and the guard lies that there is no staff to talk to. Won't be coming here again, we work is cheaper and way better service. Overall Awfis has zero customer support.

I know making this statement very responsibly. Mumbai has become a city where if you need a good life and experience then it surely comes with a very high price. It does not matter if workspace/home/travel experience etc. The facility is good, but when you buy a day pass then they treat you like a "Downtrodden" and offer you a seat in the "Food Court/Pantry" area. The same provider gives you an enclosed cabin at around the same price if it's Bangalore or another city. In the name of co-working space, please don't downgrade yourself and if you think you are not making business by offering the day pass then stop that service. This is as simple as that.

Had booked a day pass. But what you get is a seating in cafeteria corner. All noisy and people always on the move. Also no secure Wi-Fi.
