The concept of workplace on rent is good. The cafe is good too. Many employees from other offices in the building visit the cafe with their teams. Earlier while some bought food from the cafe, other team members brought their own tiffin. Recently they do not allow the team members who bring tiffin to enter. Basically they will allow a team to come only if all purchase food from there. Plus they do not allow the toilet to be used by visitors to the cafe.

Awfis have their own cleaning and maintenance vender so not need to think about it. Employees can buy snacks, beverages and other food items from caffetaria. Great availability of parking space with proper management.A comfortable lounge that can accommodate many people.All this are available here which make the environment professional and refreshing where everyone can enjoy with their work.

Cool place to co-work. Awesome interior and infrastructure apart from the scarcity of dining space. You'll need to wait for long before you get to sit since it's getting overcrowded now and the chilling, unadjustable AC that's making people sick. However, you've got helpful Awfis support staff especially Julie. She is very supportive and approachable. She listens to your problems and strives to resolve them. You can always see her running around and checking if everything is okay. She is amiable and a great host. :)
