Very nice place to share workspace. Good facilities and localit is in a hot place.

Flexi plans are not recommended. You will neither get a car parking nor a proper chair and table to sit. You will be made to sit in a cafeteria on a dining table, where other people will have food, snacks and coffee beside you, the entire day. But the staff were courteous and patient enough to listen to our queries. Also note the staff will only come by 10am and if you plan to reach and work early, it will be a challenge.

We booked a meeting room at 2PM. When we reached the place there was no proper guidance on how to reach the meeting room and we had to figure out on our own. Once we found the meeting room, we had to run for basic things like AC remote, HDMI cable and wifi connectivity. There were no personnel to guide Once we reach the meeting room floor. I had to check with people who are already taken space on rent and enquired with them on whom to approach and where they sit. By the time I could do all this 30 mins of my meeting time was already over. This lost time was not compensated as the meeting room was booked by some other person after our allotted time. Further AC was not maintained properly. It wasn't working properly. They had something in the name of AC. Overall not worth the money you pay.

I have been a part of Awfis workspaces for over a year. Management always pushes you to get the meeting rooms through credits and does not allow you to sit in the common area even to catch your breath. They like to make a big deal of small issues while even basic things like a tissue paper are unavailable. I sincerely hope they get their act together and try to address issues in a more professional way
