Seating arrangement for day booking is pathetic, they made you sit on a dirty stinky sofa wherein slouch, requested a chair but denied atleast they should provide a proper and clean table and chair. Very dissapointed ! 😞

Customer service and staff cannot handle a first timer query properly. Security at gate needs the email from Awfis to enter. Day passes sitting is highly restrictive and it's very noisy. Tea / coffee is unlimited but one lands up paying by default.
