Extremely congested place. Felt very claustrophobic. Poorly maintained cabins - doors with broken locks. Predominantly noisy. They have lot of hidden charges too. The building looks attractive from outside & that's all it has got.

Co working space for small teams. They provide a well managed space with a shared pantry at each floor and a canteen. The only downside is, for 10 floors of capacity they've only 2 lifts.

Building is very nice tall and lean in OMR swiggy boys can easily find by telling (OLLI BUILDING) . They (SMARTWORKS) themselves provide tea, coffee etc for the entire building there is 2 compact lifts, nice car parking. But tea n coffee are not at all good 60 days shelf life milk, you have to wait 10-15 mins for lift during break Times, no roof for Bike parking more than 100 bikes are in hot sunny Temporary cafeteria is ...... 10th floor permanent will be on 11 th top roof comming soon

It's just an amazing place to work at. The view from here is really awesome it has 10 floors within. And the terrace here was a viewpoint

Very worst building. Poor maintenance, for the whole 10 floor they were using only 2 lifts.
