The workplace and cafeteria are excellent, creating a pleasant environment. However, there is a major network connectivity issue. Internet access is either very poor or not working at all, and due to the weak mobile signal, making or receiving phone calls is also difficult.

The building is the office for lot of companies including google pune and Punawala fincop. The Smartworks office needs lot of work to be done. They are really very slow and pathetic in arranging your business. Building management of Amar prestein does not listen to Smartworks employees.
