Extremely disappointing parking policy at 91 Springboard. ₹20/day for bike parking is already unreasonable for a paid coworking space, and locking vehicles over the weekend to demand a fine is completely unprofessional. This feels more like harassment than facility management. Easily the worst parking experience I’ve had at any workspace. Consider this before signing up.

91Springboard does not provide dedicated parking facilities. Employees working in offices here have to pay daily parking charges or purchase a separate monthly parking pass, which adds to the overall cost. There is no covered parking available either, which is inconvenient, especially during rain or extreme weather. Additionally, the lifts are not well maintained or clean. Considering these issues, it doesn’t feel worth the price. The management should seriously address these concerns and improve the basic facilities.

What’s worse—if you leave your bike over the weekend (Friday night after work), they lock your vehicle and demand a fine to unlock it. This feels less like facility management and more like harassment. Locking members’ vehicles is unprofessional and unacceptable. Easily the worst parking experience I’ve had at any workspace. Anyone considering 91 Springboard should seriously think about this before signing up.

Had a great experience at 91springboard! The space is well-managed, professional, and offers a welcoming environment for startups and growing businesses. Tried the co-working space. There was heavy construction noise which affected my productivity. ACs were switched off. Space looked congested as if they were trying to fit a lot of desks in a small already crowded space. Would not recommend this place.
